Here’s a link to an article that talks about how several math teachers have critiqued the Khan Academy videos. The video, which is embedded in article, is funny in a snarky kind of way. (The video itself, is based on Mystery Science Theater 5000 series.)

What’s the take-home point for you? What are the limits of online resources?

    After reading the article and watching the video on Khan Academy it reminds me of a flipped classroom. Although I believe that Khan Academy makes wonderful videos that are endorsed by Bill Gates, I don’t think they can fill the place of an actual instructor. After watching this video and reading the article I would like to learn more about Khan Academy and learn about other reviews.
