So, we have had a longer weekend because of the Education Department retreat. What do you all do to relax? It’s nice to have something to take your mind off any stresses going on. Is your relaxing activity something you could modify to use in your classroom? Basically I am just curious.
A way that I have found to relax is working out. Whenever I have had a long day of class or am stressed about something I always find going to the gym and doing physical activity to be both physically and mentally relaxing. A lot of days I spend my afternoons procrastinating at Lund, just not wanting to leave. After I have leave Lund I always feel rejuvenated and more ready to do what I have to do the rest of the day.
